New In: Benefit Brow Collection

Say goodbye to sparse brows and undefined shape with the new Benefit brow collection.

There is no denying that the big, bold brow trend is still very much on trend, so when Benefit released a brand new 13 piece collection of brand new sparkling brow products in June I couldn’t be more excited.
When I think of benefit, one of the first thoughts that instantly comes to mind is their Benebrow expertise, so with new brow gels and pencils at the ready, it only seems fitting that they finally release a full brow collection to cater to our every brow needs.

I, like many eagleeyed others spotted the new benefit samples in last month's magazines, and so naturally I swiftly picked them up to test them out. I personally have a fairly good set of brows naturally, but I do still like to fill them in, to the define the shape and set them in place for the day.

Benefit Ready Set Brow! Clear Brow Gel

Part of the Benefit Brow Collection is the Ready, Set, Brow! Clear Brow Gel is a 24 hour invisible shaping and setting gel. There is nothing more annoying than when you leave the house with beautiful fleeky brows only to fine an hour later they have made a slight disappearance! So using a brow gel is the perfet addition to ensure your brows are in place all day. I have been using Benefits Gimmie Brow to set my brows for a while now, but I think this works great as an alternative if you already have full brows and just want to tame them!

The wand is custom-molded and dual-sided which helps to coat the hairs from the root to the tip. I find the and is also pretty flexible, so you can really get in there and shape your brows how you please and it sets fairly quickly.

Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil

To define my brows, I usually use the ABH brow pomade however that can usually take a bit too long if I am in a rush and need to get out the door. I have been using the Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil to quickly fill in my brows and I have beenvery pleasantly impressed! I find it is incredibly easy to define the brows by drawing small brow like strokes until I create my desired look.

It is a non sharpen pencil (thank god!) and the tip is slightly angled which helps create the brow like strokes. The formula is very soft and glides on with easy but it also has enough endurance that I feel the tip wont break off. It also has a spool- brush on the other sided so you can brush through your brows and it is also waterproof which is a bonus! This creates a more natural brow, which is great when I want to wear a more natural look.

Overall I am very impressed with the products I tested in the new Benefit Brow collection, and interested to try out a few more products from their line including the Ka-Brow Eyebrow Cream-gel Colour and High Brow Glow Brow Highlighter!

Have you tried any of the new Benefit Brow Collection? What are your thoughts?
