Soap & Glory Top 3 Daily Essentials

There are so many aspects of Soap & Glory that prove they are doing something right. They are super affordable, yet offer quality products that include beneficial ingredients, they all contain fragrances that smell amazing, and if that isn’t enough, their packaging draws me in every time.

Since discovering Soap & Glory in my teens whilst wondering down the many aisles of Boots, I have found many Soap & Glory products that I now simply adore, but for todays post I thought I would compile my top 3 products that I use daily and couldn’t live without.

The Soap & Glory Hand Food is one of my handbag essentials and is one of the best hand creams I have tried that is super affordable. I carry it everywhere with me as i find it successfully helps my hands stay soft, smooth and moisturised throughout the day. Containing shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow their hand food is also scented with their signature ‘Original Pink’ fragrance, which smells amazing.

What I love about this hand cream is that it does not leave that horrible greasy feeling to you hands and absorbs quickly, leaving a light scent. I tend to purchase the mini version (£2.50) as it is the perfect size to throw into your bag, and then keep a full size (£5.50)  on my nightstand for when I want to apply it before I go to sleep.

My skin tends to get very dry, so applying a body butter or lotion in the morning helps to keep my dry skin woes at bay! I recently have been using the Soap & Glory Daily Smooth Body Butter when I wake up, massaging a small amount of product into the areas that need a little tlc, such as my legs, knees, arms and elbows.

The body butter contains rosehip seed oil and cocoa butter so it deeply softens and gyrates dry areas, and is scented with their ‘Mist You Madly’ fragrance so your skin will be left with a light scent. I have found it has really softened up my skin, soA If your skin gets particularly dry I would recommend giving this a try. A little goes a long way with this product, and for just £9.00, its not going to break the bank.

As I commute to London on the daily, a hand cleansing gel is an essential and a necessity to remove any bacteria I may have on my hands from the trains and the tube. The thought of that makes me shiver. I have used simple anti-bacterial gels in the past but as soon as I discovered the Soap & Glory Hand Maid I was converted. Where as the basic ones are usually non-scented, Hand maid as a fresh fruity fragrance with a slight citrus undertone so it really does give a refreshing feeling.

I find it absorbs quickly into my hands and as it contains natural anti-bacterial grapefruit extract and XBAC-99, a proven antimicrobial active that kills 99% of known bacteria, I can assure it will cleanse and refresh my hands from any nasties. I again use the mini version (£2.50), as it is tube and travel friendly and is a great size to again throw into your hand bag. I don’t think I could live without this now.

What are your favourite Soap & Glory products? What would you recommend?
